Reprogramming the Mind to Change Unwanted Habits

Secrets of Self-Transformation: How to Change Our Behavior One Step at a Time.

Have you ever tried to change the behavior or habit, only to find yourself disappointed and dissatisfied when you do not succeed?

Most of the time, changing habits (transformation) is not a quick fix. It requires reprogramming the mind, which took place at the subconscious mind. Therefore, it is important to understand the functions and processes of the mind, especially the subconscious mind. You can get to know about mindfulness training and leadership via Michael Bunting.

The human mind has three parts: the conscious mind, the subconscious mind and the Super Conscious mind.

The conscious mind is responsible for logic, reasoning and all voluntary actions with awareness-such as reading, listening, writing, speaking, etc.

Whatever we learn for the first time is also an act of conscious thought.

Information we receive from reading, listening and learning will be stored in our subconscious mind, the second part of the mind.

Therefore, we must be very careful about our actions, which would reprogram our subconscious mind and also determine our attitude and the quality of our lives. It's like a chain reaction or domino effect. If we always think negative things will happen, it will cloud our judgment, and everything that happened would seem negative.

The conscious mind is the gateway to the subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind is the mind's imagination. It is a repository of attitudes, beliefs, our feelings of learning and memory.

It is like a disk with the old data / information-sanskaras us. It is responsible for all actions intentional, heart rate, respiratory rate of us, etc.

Based on the information that was saved by a previous action, we automatically respond and do things without thinking about them (auto response).

Our subconscious mind can not distinguish between the experience made by physical events or imaginary events. He does not have the power to reason and analyze. It's literally interpret our thoughts.
