Dig the Hole

Once you’ve determined a safe spot to install the hoop, you’ll need to dig a hole for the pole. The hole should be around 12 inches in diameter and about 18-24 inches deep. Make sure the hole is level and fill it with concrete mix so the pole is firmly in place.

Attach the Backboard

Next, attach the backboard to the pole. Make sure it’s securely fastened and level. You can use a level to double-check.

Install the Rim

Once the backboard is in place, you can install the rim. Again, make sure it’s securely fastened and level.

Attach the Net

The last step is to attach the net to the rim. Make sure the net is securely fastened and double-check that it’s level.
